1. Shipping Destinations

We currently don’t ship any physical goods within India.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted courier partners (e.g., India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.) to ensure reliable service.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Other Urban Areas: 5–9 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery time may vary due to regional factors, COVID restrictions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the order.
Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking ID and courier name via email or SMS to help you track your order in real-time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In rare cases of delayed delivery or lost shipment, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
If your order is not delivered within 15 business days, please contact us with your order ID and tracking details.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery via [Insert Email ID].
Share clear photos of the damaged package/product.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order:

Please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Address change requests after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
